Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on j2bit. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under different names, different phone numbers, different devices, or through any other means — is a serious violation of these Terms. If j2bit detects that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and balances may be forfeited depending on the findings.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your j2bit account. This includes your full legal name, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2bit login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. j2bit will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact j2bit support immediately.
j2bit accounts are for personal use only. Creating an account on behalf of another person, operating an account as an agent, or using your account to process transactions for others is strictly prohibited.

j2bit targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawals, though actual times may vary depending on volumes and the receiving institution:
j2bit applies a same-source withdrawal policy wherever possible. This means that withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied consistently across all accounts.
j2bit may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification may include submission of a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documents as required. Withdrawal processing will be paused until satisfactory verification is completed. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
Withdrawals are only available from winnings and deposited funds in your j2bit balance. You cannot withdraw bonus funds or free bet credits that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed on each market before you confirm a bet. j2bit reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice, including for specific events, specific markets, or specific accounts where risk management requires it.
A bet is only confirmed once j2bit's system has accepted and processed it and a confirmation message has been displayed. Bets that are not confirmed should not be assumed to be placed. Network errors or connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute j2bit's liability for unconfirmed bets.
j2bit offers live in-play betting on cricket, esports, and other sports. In-play odds are subject to rapid change based on match events. j2bit reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed just before a market is suspended are binding if they were accepted by the system before the suspension occurred.
If a match is abandoned or postponed before a result is reached, j2bit will void match winner and related outcome bets and return stakes to player balances. If a match is completed under official alternate rules (such as DLS in cricket) and a result is declared, bets will stand and settle according to the official result. Specific market rules may differ — consult the relevant market rules before placing bets on weather-sensitive events.
j2bit makes every effort to ensure odds are correct at all times. In the event of a manifest error in published odds — such as a palpably incorrect price that no reasonable bettor would expect to be genuine — j2bit reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to players. This right will only be exercised in genuine cases of clear error and not in cases where odds simply moved unfavourably.
All casino games available on j2bit — including slots, roulette, baccarat, fishing games, live dealer tables, and any other game format — are sourced from internationally licensed and certified game providers. Each provider's RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are independently audited to ensure fair, random outcomes. j2bit does not operate any in-house games that have not been independently certified.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity disruption during a casino game round, the round outcome may be voided and the round stake returned to the player. j2bit is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions caused by factors outside j2bit's direct control, including player device failures, internet connectivity loss, or third-party provider outages.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is published by the respective game provider and is available in the game information panel. j2bit does not alter or modify published RTPs in any way. j2bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, j2bit will honour any portion of the promotion already earned in good faith up to the point of cancellation.
j2bit operates a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, fraud, and any form of system manipulation. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full. j2bit cooperates with relevant legal authorities and will share information about fraudulent activity as required by applicable law.

You may request to close your j2bit account at any time by contacting customer support at support@j2bit.ws. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
j2bit reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to pass identity verification; inactivity exceeding 12 months with a zero balance; or any other reason j2bit reasonably considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. j2bit will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder before taking action on a dormant account. Balances in dormant accounts are preserved and will be returned to the account holder upon successful reactivation and identity verification.
j2bit's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. j2bit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or financial harm resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
j2bit makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond j2bit's control — including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. j2bit will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
Betting and casino gaming involve risk of financial loss. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the games and markets you are participating in before placing bets. j2bit provides game rules and market information to assist players, but is not responsible for losses arising from players' misunderstanding of rules or markets.
j2bit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — will be communicated via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the j2bit website before they take effect. Minor changes, such as corrections to grammar, formatting, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without specific notification.
The version of these Terms that applies to a particular bet or transaction is the version that was in force at the time the bet was placed or the transaction was initiated. If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using j2bit and request account closure. Continued use following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.
